Inositol:
Inositol is called as vitamin B8, but it is not a vitamin. It is a type of sugar that influences the insulin response and several hormones responsible for mood and cognition.
Inositol also has antioxidant property that act against the free radicals in the brain, circulatory system, and other body tissues.
Iron:
Iron is used to treat iron deficiency anemia (a lack of red blood cells caused by having too little iron in the body).
L lysine hydrochloride:
Lysine is a building block for protein. It is categorised into essential amino acids because body cannot make it by its own. It's important for normal growth and muscle turnover and used to form carnitine, a substance found in most cells of your body. What's more, it helps transport fats across your cells to be burned for energy. Lysine reduces anxiety and stress in some people.
Manganese:
Manganese is essential for enzyme formation and functioning. Manganese is a trace mineral required in small amounts. It's required for the normal functioning of neurons and for body's enzyme production. Manganese is also required for bone growth, development and maintenance. Manganese is the important part of the enzyme superoxide dismutase, which have antioxidant action on the body as they fighting against free radicals produced. This helps in reducing inflammation.
Methyl sulphonyl methane:
